1. Program description: DCO Corporation only uses SMS for basic client communication and is not used for marketing in anyway.

2. Frequency: You will only receive SMS messages only if reqeusted.

3. Opt-out: There are no OPT out options as we are not sending text messages unless end user requests communication that way.

5. Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
