Our Story
What began as a one-person venture has grown into a trusted IT partner for regional businesses. Established by Damian Orlikowski in 2013, a CVTC graduate with a vision for more affordable IT solutions, DCO expanded when his friend and fellow CVTC alumnus, Joe Horner, joined him. Together, with over 40 years of combined experience, they continue to offer tailored, dependable IT services to organizations across the Chippewa Valley.
